Learn the steps of meditation. Going through the stages one by one, to allow you to go deeper and deeper. Over time finding a state of true peace and calm within yourself. In the state of meditation, bringing deep knowledge and wisdom into your life.
Learning different breathing and meditation techniques, with the aim to find one that suits you at this moment in time and equip you with the knowledge to adapt and change techniques as your practise develops. Practise with me daily until you form your own meditation self practise.
