EVENT / This is a 90 minutes interactive and experiential seminar for participants who want to explore more about meditation practices.
We live in a complex and changing world with increasing stress day by day, especially in this time of a global pandemic and protests for justice and police reform. It’s of utmost importance to develop effective stress management techniques and meditation practices are one of those. There are thousands of practices available and for someone new to meditation the terminology and techniques can be confusing.
In this 90 minute interactive and experiential workshop we will discuss the following points:
- What is Meditation?
- What are Different Types of Meditation?
- Why Meditate?
- How does Meditation work?
- How to develop your Own Individualized Meditation Practice?
We will also do few experiential meditation techniques.
